FAQ

If you cannot find your answer here, reach out via our contact form or use the sign-in modal for account help.

Do I need a specific camera brand to succeed?

No. We teach brand-agnostic principles that translate across mirrorless and cinema bodies. You will learn exposure control, framing logic, and movement that apply universally.

What are the prerequisites for advanced modules?

You should be comfortable with manual exposure, white balance, and basic focus techniques. Each advanced module lists exact prerequisites in the catalog.

How long will I have access to purchased modules?

You receive lifetime access to the content with updates when we refine drills or add new case studies.

Is there a refund policy?

Yes. If a module does not match its description and you have completed less than 20% of its content, request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

Do you provide certificates?

We provide completion certificates after assessments. These reflect skill proficiency and can complement your portfolio and crew referrals.

What gear is recommended to start?

Any camera with manual controls, a 35–50mm lens equivalent, a variable ND, and a basic three-point lighting kit will cover most drills. A tripod and a simple gimbal help for movement modules.

How do mentor office hours work?

Submit your questions or a sample scene. We provide time slots and feedback guidelines, focusing on actionable notes and repeatable workflows.

Can I switch learning paths later?

Yes. Your progress carries over. Use the planner on the Home page to reconfigure your focus areas at any time.
